CRITICAL OPERATIONAL SAFETY: Operators must never handle or configure mobile devices while driving. The device must be mounted securely in a regulatory-approved dashboard cradle outside airbag deployment zones. Telemetry is intended solely for passenger observation and post-trip technical review.

1. Informational Use Only

All velocity, displacement, and directional data generated by this tool are calculated using consumer-grade mobile GNSS transceivers. Readings are provided strictly for educational reference and should not replace certified vehicle dashboard equipment.

2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the platform owners, developers, or affiliates be liable for any traffic fines, collisions, mechanical failures, or damages resulting from the use of this software.
